Annual Event - one day only!
The Reynolds Museum has been hosting an annual car show since 1999. It has grown from 250 to more than 650 vehicles in this outdoor display. Originally called History Road: The Ultimate Car Show, the show is now simply known as The Ultimate Car Show.
This is an inclusive car & truck show. We accept all makes, models and condition of vehicle. There may be exceptions for oversized vehicles.
Purchase Tickets
General Admission includes your access to The Ultimate Car Show, the main Museum building and the Aviation Display Hangar.
Participant breakfast tickets will be available for purchase starting June 22.
For Visitors
Things to Do:
- Stroll the grounds to see a stunning line-up of cars, from the ordinary to the extraordinary, and exchange stories with their owners along the way.
- Watch starting demonstrations of Museum vehicles from the early 1900s.
- Bring a donation for the Wetaskiwin Food Bank. This donation is in addition to your regular admission.
- Enjoy music from our onsite DJ.
- Check out the Vendor Village, Food Trucks, and Museum Restaurant.
- Display ends at 4 pm.
Please note:
- Doors open 10 am.
- Purchase you admission tickets in advance. Admission includes the car show, the main Museum and the Aviation Display Hangar.
- Be prepared, the display is very large with more than 600 vehicles in a grass field, and there will be no shuttle.
- No private golf carts.
- A limited number of scooters are available for rent on a first come, first served basis.
- Please leave your pets at home. No pets are permitted in the Museum buildings.
To Show Your Car
- Complete your free registration form. Registration closes June 19, 2026.
- We accept all makes, models, and years.
- Registered vehicles will receive:
- a laminated information sheet with information on your vehicle to display at the show,
- a dated dash plaque, and
- complimentary admission for you and your passengers to the Museum for the day of the show.
On the day of the show:
- Arrive early to avoid the lineup - the gate will open at 7:30 am.
- After Parking your vehicle, please check in at the Registration Tent to receive:
- your registration package.
- your pre-purchased breakfast tickets (see information below).
- Trailers can unload and park at the back of the Museum.
- Please bring your donation for the Wetaskiwin Food Bank to the Registration Tent.
- The Ultimate Car Show goes rain or shine!

The Museum Restaurant Pancake Breakfast for registrants:
- 7:30 am to 9:30 am.
- Scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausages, croissants and jam, orange juice, coffee/tea.
- $15 plus GST.
- Breakfast will be in the Museum Restaurant.
- Tickets on sale June 22 to July 3, no tickets available at the door.
- Please pick up your pre-paid tickets at the Registration Tent the morning of the event.

Vendors
The Ultimate Car Show hosts a Vendor Village, our outdoor market. We are looking for vendors that share our love of cars. If you are interested in having a booth please complete this Vendor Application Form.
The Ultimate Car Show hosts a wide variety of food vendors for this event as well. If you are interested in adding your food truck to our list of food vendors, please fill out our Vendor Contact Form.
Volunteers
Our special events cannot happen without a great support team of volunteers.
Volunteer opportunities include:
- Parking Attendants
- Help staff direct show cars and the public to their designated parking areas.
- Gate Monitors
- Greet visitors, ensure they have proof of admission to enter the grounds and provide general information.
- Hospitality Hosts
- Help distribute healthy snacks, lunch and beverages for the volunteers and staff.
- Information Desk
- Greet visitors and provide information on the Museum and event activities.
- Hangar Hosts
- Greet visitors and answer general questions about the Aviation Display.
- Gallery Hosts
- Interact with visitors, providing information and directions, and ensure visitors are aware of the rules.
- Car Show Registration
- Greet registered guests and provide then with their registration package.
- Vehicle Host
- You will be assigned a vehicle and an information sheet so you can talk to visitors about it.
