Driving Thru the '70s

From the Oil Crisis and the Environmental Movement to Pop Culture and the Death of the Muscle Car, the Driving Thru the '70s exhibition is an exploration of what was happening in the contradictory and controversial 1970s.

Set against a backdrop of 1970s cars, we share the music, the movies, and 'the vibe' of what the decade was all about.

  • The Boogie Van in Pop Culture 1:00 pm & 3:00 pm
• Enjoy Touring in Classics, a tour of the outdoor Coal Mining exhibit in a chauffer-driven classic car 11:30 am to 4:00 pm
• Take the U-Drive a Model T, a 30-minute driving lesson (extra fee applies)
• Marvel at our collection on the Warehouse Tour (75 minutes) 1:00 pm (extra fee applies)
